Community Submissions: When you submit pricing data, we collect the price, platform, condition, ZIP code, and any optional notes or listing URLs you provide.

Device Information: We may collect browser type, operating system, and general location data to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the Roundo service
• Display personalized price data and recommendations
• Track and display your rays balance and tier status
• Aggregate community pricing data for analysis
• Communicate service updates and notifications
• Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following cases:

• Aggregated Data: We share anonymized, aggregated pricing data (never individual user data) as part of the core Service.
• Community Submissions: Pricing data you submit (price, platform, ZIP code) is visible to other users but is not linked to your name or profile unless you choose to make it public.
• Service Providers: We use third-party services (Supabase for database/auth, Netlify for hosting) that process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure password hashing via Supabase Auth
• Row-level security on all database tables
• Environment variables for sensitive configuration

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data by viewing your profile and dashboard
• Correct inaccurate information by updating your profile

• Export your submission data upon request

We will respond to data requests within 30 days.

Roundo uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (marketplace listings, external platforms). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites.

8. Children’s Privacy

Roundo is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
