Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Roundo is a crowdsourced resale price intelligence platform. We aggregate pricing data from public marketplaces, APIs, and community submissions to provide price analysis, trend data, and market insights for resale goods and services.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your profile information current. You may not create accounts for others or transfer your account.

4. Community Submissions

Users may submit pricing data (“Submissions”) including prices observed on third-party marketplaces. By submitting data, you:

• Confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Grant Roundo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and analyze the data
• Understand that submissions are used to improve price accuracy for all users
• Agree not to submit false, misleading, or manipulative pricing data

Intentional submission of false data may result in account suspension.

5. Rays

Rays are a virtual reward system within Roundo. Rays are earned through community contributions and may be used to access features within the platform. Rays have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for currency. We reserve the right to modify the rays system, including earning rates and redemption values, at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate pricing data or game the rays system
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service without permission
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users’ experience
• Impersonate other users or entities

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of Roundo (including the sunrise logo, “rays” system, and interface designs) are the property of Arkane Enterprises Inc. User-submitted pricing data becomes part of the Roundo dataset but users retain any rights to their original content.

8. Third-Party Data

Roundo aggregates data from third-party sources including public marketplace APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Price information is provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for purchasing decisions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that price data is accurate, complete, or current. We are not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on information from the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arkane Enterprises Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from purchasing decisions based on price data.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit fraudulent data, or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
